While most of us float about
The Oxfam team goes all out
They discuss, they shout
But what on earth for?
Why all this stress?
In the middle of this refugee mess?
Late nights are more than normal
To arrange, to make another call
No one sits idle, this is one for all
About making a collective effort
To make that hint of a difference
Even if others only talk gibberish
They try to make amends
Create dialogue to figure out the bends
with government officials, in WASH facilities or tents
Make it just a little better
To help others in their fight
For their dignity and rights

Persons of inspiration: Every team has its challenges, especially when everybody really wants to do well, but at the same time is tired, stressed out, experiences leadership changes very often and are looking for a shared vision. But boy, do all of these people care and they are doing an amazing job. Thanks for being the people that you are. You are super rockets!
